In December 2009, at the invitation of Josette Bushell-Mingo, the SNOW Team spent a week in Stockholm working with members of this celebrated Deaf theatre under Josette's guidance. This sprang from an original Master Class given by Josette in Toronto in 2007. Our team included Deaf and hearing artists: Paula Bath, Daryl Cloran, Anna Hardwick, Hayley Hudson, Rose Jacobson, Elizabeth Morris and Jovanni Sy. The short excerpts performed here are from Mary's Wedding by Stephen Massicote. The footage while very rough, provides an excellent example of the power and beauty and potential of simultaneous sign and spoken language performance.
